On the news front, Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Chairman Cheng Zhuo recently said at the interim results meeting that, driven by demand from AI servers, high-speed optical modules and other areas, Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment has sufficient orders on hand. Cheng Zhuo said the company's high-end PCB products (HDI, high-layer-count boards, IC substrates/similar substrates) have full production schedules, and with the full release of Phase II base capacity in the second half of the year and the coordinated operation of Phase I and Phase II, the company will continue to expand production and improve efficiency to ensure faster delivery of orders on hand.
Sinolink previously pointed out that the Phase II base, which began production in 25Q3, entered the capacity ramp-up phase in 26H1, with total designed capacity reaching more than twice that of Phase I. It locked in long-lead-time core optical and motion control components in advance, and maintained high capacity utilization throughout the first half of the year. In addition, the company's WLP2000 wafer-level direct-write lithography equipment has been supplied in batches to leading domestic packaging and testing companies, passed reliability verification on a leading manufacturer's CoWoS-L production line, and obtained repeat batch orders.
