The Disposal aligns with the Group's strategic objective of expanding direct business with major airline customers through a combination of portfolio transactions and aviation leasing management, while managing exposure to such airlines. This strategy enables the Group to expand and diversify its aircraft leasing business while achieving attractive equity returns, maintaining a stable capital inflow, and keeping a prudent debt level.
