ZHONGCHANG INTL (00859) announced that Mr. Zhao Xuelian (Mr. Zhao) has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company (Company Secretary), the authorized representative of the Company appointed under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Listing Rules) (Authorized Representative), and the person authorized to accept service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules (Process Agent), with effect from September 17, 2026. Mr. Cui Xianzhi (Mr. Cui) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Agent to succeed Mr. Zhao, with effect from September 17, 2026.
