GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021): Huang Shizai Appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee

GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021) announces changes in the composition of the nomination committee, effective from September 16, 2026: (a) Mr. Cheng Hong Ki, an independent non-executive director, ceases to serve as chairman of the nomination committee but will remain a member of the nomination committee; and (b) Mr. Huang Shizai, chairman of the board and executive director, has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee. Following the above changes, the nomination committee comprises Mr. Huang Shizai (chairman of the nomination committee), Mr. Cheng Hong Ki, Mr. Liang Kun, and Mr. Gan Chengzhuo. Ms. Chen Letong, the company's company secretary, has been appointed as authorized representative, effective from September 16, 2026.
