NISSIN FOODS (01475) announced that with effect from September 15, 2026, Mr. Keiji Iwakiri has been appointed as a member of senior management. He has been with the Group since April 2019 and is currently Deputy Managing Director of Nissin Foods (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Managing Director of Kagome Nissin Foods (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., responsible for overseeing sales affairs in Hong Kong. He also serves as a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company.
