On the news front, according to market media reports, at the 2026 Feishu Future Unlimited Conference, Zhang Wenzhong, founder of Wumart Group and founder of DMALL, revealed at the conference that DMALL is about to launch a local life and instant retail mini program "Dmall Flash Buy" on Doubao, which has already completed internal testing. It is reported that Doubao has become one of the leading core traffic entrances for domestic C-end AI services. Dmall Flash Buy will be deeply integrated with Doubao to provide integrated in-store and home delivery services for physical stores.
Recently, DMALL issued an announcement stating that the board of directors of the company recently received a notice from Dr. Zhang Wenzhong, the controlling shareholder of the company, that on September 10, 2026, he purchased a total of 1.3614 million ordinary shares of the company for the first time in the open market through Celestial Limited with his own funds. The increase in shareholding reflects the controlling shareholder's full confidence in the company's long-term development prospects, especially the group's strategic positioning as a retail AI agent service provider, its continuously improving profitability, and the group's long-term growth potential.
