OCUMENSION-B (01477) rose over 3%, up 1.78% as of press time, at HK$5.435, with a turnover of HK$1.3189 million. On the news front, OCUMENSION-B recently announced that the New Drug Application (NDA) for OT-301 (NCX 470, omidenepag) as a therapy to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension has been accepted by the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration of the People's Republic of China (China), supported by data from the Mont Blanc trial and the Denali trial. OT-301 (NCX 470, omidenepag) is one of the Group's major drug candidates, a novel nitric oxide (NO)-donating prostaglandin analog co-developed by Nicox S.A. (Nicox) and the Group. The Group obtained an exclusive license from Nicox in December 2018 to develop, manufacture, contract manufacture, import, export, and sell OT-301 (NCX 470, omidenepag) in Greater China, and in March 2020 expanded the exclusive rights to South Korea and 12 countries in Southeast Asia.
