Caissa Tourism Group (000796.SZ): A wholly-owned subsidiary's subsidiary suffered contract fraud of 26.95 million yuan, has reported to the public security authorities and obtained case filing for investigation.

After paying 26.95 million yuan as agreed, it was unable to establish effective contact with the other party and suspects contract fraud. It has reported the matter to public security authorities and obtained case filing for investigation. The matter is still in the investigation stage and may adversely affect current and subsequent period profits.
