NEW VISION CO(02632) announced that the Company has collaborated with Zhejiang University to develop ultra-high-precision computational holography key technology. The collaboration aims to develop computational generated holography (CGH) image generation solutions suitable for vision products, complete the CGH core algorithms, establish an experimental system, conduct engineering feasibility analysis, and promote the application and implementation of CGH technology in vision products. It is reported that Zhejiang University is the earliest higher education institution in China to carry out talent cultivation in optical engineering, and optical engineering is a national first-level key discipline and a Double First-Class A+ discipline. Zhejiang University has established national-level platforms such as the State Key Laboratory of Extreme Photonics and Instrumentation and the National Engineering Research Center for Optical Instruments, focusing on directions including optoelectronic imaging and display, micro-nano photonics, light field manipulation, and precision optical instruments. It possesses a high-caliber research team and a full set of optoelectronic experimental facilities, with capabilities in both frontier basic research and optical system engineering and commercialization. This collaboration enables the Group to join forces with a world-leading optical research team, supporting the implementation and application of advanced optical technology in the vision product field, and continuously promoting the research and development and launch of next-generation vision products. This collaboration also supports the Company and Zhejiang University to jointly share the intellectual property rights corresponding to the relevant new technology achievements, consolidating the Group's core competitiveness in the automotive display field. In summary, the Board believes that this collaboration will advance the research and development of the Group's principal business products and is expected to help enhance the Group's leadership capability in advanced technologies in the vision field.
