Lens Technology (06613) announced that, in line with its strategic development needs and in order to better leverage the professional capabilities and resource advantages of professional institutions, further broaden investment channels, and continuously enhance the company's sustainable development capacity and overall value, the company plans to participate as a limited partner in the investment in Xiamen Shidai Shenyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital contribution of the partnership is approximately RMB 4.9 billion. The company, as a limited partner, will subscribe RMB 200 million with its own funds, accounting for 4.0816% of the partnership's total subscribed capital contribution. Recently, the company, together with Xiamen Puquan Private Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and other limited partners, jointly signed the "Partnership Agreement of Xiamen Shidai Shenyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)". The partnership's purpose is to engage in equity investment activities permitted by national laws, protect the partnership rights and interests of all partners, and obtain investment returns through equity investment and other operational means.
