Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group (300442.SZ) has announced that, in line with the company's strategic development needs and to better leverage the professional capabilities and resource advantages of specialized institutions, further broaden investment channels, and continuously enhance the company's sustainable development capacity and overall value, the company plans to participate as a limited partner in the investment in Xiamen Times Shenyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital contribution of the partnership is RMB 4,900.01 million. The company, as a limited partner, will subscribe RMB 1 billion with its own funds, accounting for 20.4081% of the partnership's total subscribed capital contribution. Recently, the company signed the "Partnership Agreement of Xiamen Times Shenyuan Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" together with Xiamen Puquan Private Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xiamen Puquan," "Fund Manager," or "General Partner") and other limited partners. This investment aims to, without affecting the development of the company's main business, utilize the advantages and resources of professional investment institutions, expand investment channels through a professional investment management team, enhance the company's sustainable development capacity and overall value, and create reasonable investment returns for the company and its shareholders.
