PURAPHARM (01498) announces that on September 15, 2026, the Company's current auditor, BDO Limited, resigned as the Company's auditor following a notice issued by the Company's management regarding the Board's recommendation to change the auditor due to audit fee considerations, effective from the conclusion of the forthcoming general meeting. In addition, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board has proposed to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng CPA Limited as the Company's new auditor following BDO's resignation, subject to approval by the shareholders at the Company's extraordinary general meeting.
