Weichai Power (02338): Ding Yingdong resigns as deputy general manager.
Weichai Power (02338) announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Ding Yingdong. Due to age reasons, Mr. Ding Yingdong has applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the company. After resigning from this position, he will continue to hold other positions in the company (including its controlled subsidiaries). Mr. Ding Yingdong's original term of office was until the expiry of the seventh session of the Board of Directors, and there are no commitments that should be fulfilled but have not been fulfilled.
