These H Shares will be held by the trustee in trust for the benefit of the incentive recipients and used for the grant of award shares under the scheme. The Board considers that the continued share purchases are a concrete measure by the Company to implement the scheme, and demonstrate the Company's confidence in the long-term commercial potential of embodied intelligence home Siasun Robot & Automation, as well as the Group's leading position in this rapidly growing global market. The Board believes that the continued purchases of H Shares on the market will further support the grant of award shares under the scheme, align the interests of the incentive recipients with the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders, and incentivize them to contribute to the sustainable long-term development of the Group.
