Hua Lian International (00969) announced that the Nomination Committee has recommended, and the Board has resolved, that Mr. Shi is still suitable to perform the role of Independent Non-Executive Director. Therefore, Mr. Shi will resume his position as Independent Non-Executive Director and his relevant positions on the board committees starting from September 9, 2026.
