CHINA ENV TEC (00646): Shu Zhongwen appointed as Executive Director and Managing Director

China Environmental Protection Technology (00646) announced that, effective September 9, 2026, Mr. Shu Zhongwen has been appointed as Executive Director and Managing Director. Professor Geng Lin has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Following Professor Geng Lin's appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director, he has also been appointed as a member of the Board Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee.
