The Hangzhou-based company now plans to issue 6.3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6 per share, aiming to raise approximately $31 million. At the midpoint of the proposed range, the company's market value would reach $131 million. The company had previously sought to issue 1.3 million shares at the same price range to raise $6 million.
The company is engaged in the wholesale and retail of home appliance products through its Chinese operating entity, with products including air conditioners, refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers. In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company sold 28,500 home appliances, representing a 10% year-on-year increase.
Founded in 2002, Jingrui Online Store achieved revenue of $14 million in the 12 months ending March 31, 2026. The company plans to list on NASDAQ with the ticker symbol "JRWP," and Eddid Securities is serving as the exclusive bookrunner for this offering.
