In news, the negotiation for the basic medical insurance concluded on September 8, with SHINEWAY PHARM participating in the bidding with several traditional Chinese medicines, including Shao Yao Gan Cao Tang granules and Tao Hong Si Wu Tang granules. It is worth noting that the 2026 edition of the National Essential Medicines List was officially implemented on September 1, and SHINEWAY PHARM had previously successfully included four Chinese medicine injections and several exclusive traditional Chinese medicines. SHINEWAY PHARM's interim financial report showed that in the first half of the year, the operating income was RMB 1.181 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 28.5%; the profit for the period was RMB 469 million, a year-on-year decrease of 23.7%; and a second interim dividend of 80 cents is proposed. The group continues to focus its development strategy on expanding oral formulations.
