China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction (000758.SZ) subsidiary Darui Mining has received a lawsuit notification from an Indonesian court.
Zhongse Co., Ltd. (000758.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Zhongse Indonesia Dari Mining Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dari Mining"), received a notification of litigation case number 271/G/LH/2026/PTUN.JKT from the electronic court system of the Administrative Court of Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia, on September 4, 2026. Dari Mining has become the second intervening defendant in the case. The plaintiffs, RAINIMPURBA and 11 others, are requesting a suspension of execution and the annulment of the environmental feasibility decision issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Environment under number 1437 in 2026.

(referred to as "Darui Mining"), received a notice of lawsuit from the electronic court system of the Jakarta Administrative Court of the Republic of Indonesia on September 4, 2026, with case number 271/G/LH/2026/PTUN.JKT, in which Darui Mining has become the second intervening defendant. The plaintiffs, RAINIMPURBA and 11 others, are requesting a suspension of enforcement and the annulment of the environmental feasibility decision approval No. 1437 issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Environment in 2026.
