On September 6, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China announced that it plans to issue A-shares to specific entities, including the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, China National Tobacco Corporation, and related subsidiaries. The planned fundraising is expected to not exceed 100 billion yuan, and after deducting relevant issuance costs, the funds will be used entirely to replenish core Tier 1 capital.
