Meibang Co., Ltd. (605033.SH) announced that it plans to use its own funds to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shaanxi Nuozheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Nuozheng Bio), by 80 million yuan, raising Nuozheng Bio's registered capital to 180 million yuan; and it also plans to invest 1 million USD in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to establish a wholly-owned offshore subsidiary, Meibang Pharmaceuticals (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hong Kong Company), with a registered capital of 500,000 HKD. After the capital increase, the company's ownership percentage in Nuozheng Bio will remain unchanged.
