(referred to as "Data Exchange Company"). Based on the assessment results, the starting price for this transfer is set at 3.045 million yuan. After the completion of the equity transfer, the company will no longer hold any equity in the Data Exchange Company. In December 2022, the company acquired a stake in Guangzhou Data Exchange (holding 10.5%, making it the third largest shareholder), thereby filling the critical gap in "data flow trading." Since its establishment, the Data Exchange Company has not operated as expected, and this equity transfer will not affect the companys overall data-related business layout.
