Zhuhai Zhongfu (000659.SZ) announced that the company intends to transfer its 100% equity in Hangzhou Zhongfu Container Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hangzhou Zhongfu") to Suzhou Kede Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd. If the transaction is successfully completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Hangzhou Zhongfu, and Hangzhou Zhongfu will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
