The reduction in net losses is primarily attributed to the following factors: the group's cost control and rationalization measures led to a significant decrease in administrative expenses and selling and distribution expenses; and other income was recorded during this period, whereas the same period last year saw other losses, mainly due to fluctuations in foreign exchange conditions. These positive effects were partially offset by a decrease in gross profit resulting from a decline in sales volume during this period.
