The Company has sufficient cash on hand to support its operations until 2029. As of June 30, 2026, the Group's cash and cash equivalents, time deposits, transferable certificates of deposit, structured deposits, and financial products amounted to approximately RMB 2.305 billion. The Board believes that the increase in the loss attributable to shareholders during this reporting period is mainly due to research and development expenses, which surged approximately 132.7% from about RMB 146.8 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, to approximately RMB 341.7 million in the current reporting period. This substantial increase in research and development expenses is primarily a result of the Group's strategic commitment to advancing its comprehensive metabolic disease product pipeline, including small molecules and peptides.
