LONGBIO-B (01779) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting other income and gains of RMB 3.401 million, a year-on-year increase of 3809.2%; the loss attributable to equity holders of the parent company was RMB 135 million, a year-on-year increase of 43.1%; the loss per share was RMB 2.18. The Group's R&D costs increased by approximately 60.8%, from RMB 67.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025, to RMB 108 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026. This increase was primarily due to a rise in clinical trial expenses of RMB 26 million, mainly attributable to the advancement of the Phase II clinical trial of LP-003 for CRSwNP and the Phase III clinical trial for CSU, as well as the initiation of clinical development for LP-005 related indications; and an increase in raw material and consumable costs of RMB 10.2 million, which was due to the increased raw materials needed for the CDMO activities of LP-003 and LP-005.
