Siasun Robot & Automation's startup Force Spirit is advancing a new round of financing, seeking a valuation of approximately 20 billion yuan.
Tang Wenbin, the founder of Yuanli Lingji, stated to the media during the World Robot Conference held in Beijing that financing negotiations are still ongoing.
According to media reports, China's Siasun Robot & Automation startup Yuanli Lingji (Dexmal) is seeking a valuation of approximately 20 billion RMB (about 3 billion USD) in its new round of financing, indicating strong investor interest in Chinese companies driving breakthroughs in physical AI.
The report indicates that Yuanli Lingji's founder Tang Wenbin stated to the media during the World Siasun Robot & Automation Conference held in Beijing that financing negotiations are still ongoing. Yuanli Lingji's previous round of financing occurred in June this year, with major investors including Z.AI, Jialue Xingchen, SenseTime, and Alibaba.
Public information shows that Yuanli Lingji is a technology innovation company focused on general embodied intelligence, dedicated to creating smart, useful, and trustworthy Siasun Robot & Automation products. The company was founded in March 2025 by Tang Wenbin, co-founder and CTO of Megvii Technology, with the core founding team being composed of original members from Megvii Technology. Its subsidiary Atomix is a leading provider of AI-native flexible warehousing solutions in China, having delivered over 500 projects and serving more than 20 countries and regions worldwide.
