Tudatong (02665) announced that in July 2026, the group established a non-binding strategic partnership with AMSYS Group (AMSYS), aiming to combine the group's high-performance lidar and 3D perception technology with AMSYS's multimodal artificial intelligence and digital twin platform capabilities to jointly explore spatial intelligence and smart infrastructure solutions for public sector and enterprise clients.
SEYOND (02665) announced that in July 2026, the Group established a non legally binding strategic partnership with AMSYS Group (AMSYS). The aim is to combine the Group's high-performance lidar and 3D perception technology with AMSYS's multimodal artificial intelligence and digital twin platform capabilities, to jointly explore spatial intelligence and smart infrastructure solutions for public sector and enterprise clients. According to the strategic cooperation, both parties intend to integrate Seyond's lidar perception technology with AMSYS's AiMS platform and Operational Digital Twin capabilities, promoting the application of real-time spatial perception, multimodal data fusion, and artificial intelligence analysis in complex physical environments. The cooperation will initially focus on applications related to the Group's Smart Spaces and explore scenarios such as smart cities, transportation networks and hubs, parks, public venues, healthcare environments, and critical infrastructure. Main areas of cooperation: 1. Spatial Intelligence and Multimodal Artificial Intelligence: The parties plan to combine the high-precision 3D spatial perception capabilities provided by the Groups lidar with AMSYSs AiMS platform, integrating various types of data from space, video, Internet of Things (IoT), and other sensors, as well as enterprise and operational data, to support a more comprehensive real-time environmental perception and operational information. 2. Operational Digital Twin and Real-time Operational Intelligence: Both parties intend to explore connecting the lidar 3D perception data to AMSYSs Operational Digital Twin platform, creating a digital representation that continuously reflects changes in the physical environment, supporting clients in making more timely decisions regarding operational monitoring, resource allocation, facility planning, safety management, and data analysis. 3. Smart Space and Smart Infrastructure Applications: The parties plan to conduct solution alignment, technology validation, and project opportunity exploration around scenarios such as smart cities, transportation networks and hubs, parks, public venues, healthcare environments, and critical infrastructure, and further investigate relevant applications such as digital twins, artificial intelligence analysis, smart automation, and real-time spatial intelligence according to client needs. AMSYS Group is an enterprise-level artificial intelligence solution provider. Through its AiMS platform, AMSYS integrates multimodal artificial intelligence, digital twin technology, sovereign infrastructure, and smart automation capabilities, supporting applications in areas such as transportation, healthcare, smart cities, parks, and critical infrastructure. According to publicly available information released by AMSYS, the company was awarded "NVIDIA State and Local Government Partner of the Year" at the 2026 NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Awards. The company believes that establishing a strategic partnership aligns with the Group's business development strategy. By combining the Groups technological capabilities in high-performance lidar and 3D perception with AMSYSs capabilities in multimodal artificial intelligence, operational digital twins, smart infrastructure, and services for public sector and enterprise clients, this cooperation is expected to help: (i) Expand the application of the Groups lidar products and 3D perception solutions in the fields of smart spaces and smart infrastructure, further enriching application scenarios in smart cities, transportation, parks, public venues, and critical infrastructure; (ii) Promote the synergy between lidar spatial perception, multimodal artificial intelligence, and digital twin technology, advancing the research, validation, and iteration of perception products and solutions aimed at complex physical environments, in line with the Groups long-term development direction of expanding physical AI applications; (iii) Leverage AMSYS's customer coverage and ecosystem collaboration resources to further engage with potential application needs of public sector and enterprise clients, expanding market opportunities for the Group in the fields of smart spaces and smart infrastructure; and (iv) Combine both parties technologies, platforms, and market resources to advance the technical validation, pilot deployment, and commercialization of related solutions, bringing potential business development opportunities to the Group. In summary, the company believes that establishing a strategic partnership will help the Group expand business opportunities in the fields of spatial intelligence, smart spaces, and smart infrastructure, further extending the application boundary of the Groups 3D perception technology, and aligning with the Group's long-term development strategy as well as the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
