The petitioner was appointed as the company's independent non-executive director on October 20, 2023, and resigned on June 13, 2025. The petitioner's term of appointment was prior to the appointment of the current board of directors. The current board of directors is not familiar with the petitioner and has not previously worked with him. The board is currently assessing the petitioner's performance as the company's independent non-executive director and the remuneration due to him. Given the small amount of the claim, the board believes this matter can be resolved and that the order will not be granted.
