MOISELLE INT'L (00130): An independent non-executive director has received a subpoena.

MOISELLE INT'L (00130) announced that the company received a notification from its independent non-executive director, Ms. Ng Lai Man, stating that the Magistrates Court has issued a summons to her personally under the Hong Kong Law, Chapter 227, "Magistrates Ordinance." To the company's knowledge, the case pertains to a licensed corporation of which Ms. Ng serves as a director. For the avoidance of doubt, the Group has no connection to the aforementioned licensed corporation, and to the best of the companys knowledge, the case is a personal matter for Ms. Ng. The companys board of directors has assessed the situation and believes that the case will not have any impact on the Groups operations or financial condition, nor will it affect Ms. Ng's performance of her duties as an independent non-executive director of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Ng remains an independent non-executive director of the company.
