On the news front, on the evening of August 14, CA CULTURAL announced that it has met all the resumption guidance stipulated in the resumption guidance and has obtained confirmation from the Stock Exchange. The group has been suspended from trading since November 21, 2024, and has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading starting at 9:00 AM today, given that all resumption criteria have been met.
In addition, the group and KYOSEI-BANK CO., LTD. jointly announced that the subscription agreement and creditor plan have come into effect.
