According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on August 21, Xingming Asia Holdings Limited (referred to as: Xingming Asia) has submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's GEM, with Huifu Financing Limited and Hongri Capital Limited serving as its joint sponsors. According to the prospectus, Xingming Asia primarily provides stage lighting and audio engineering design and configuration management for live performances in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in 1996, it has accumulated 30 years of industry experience and has consistently provided stage lighting and audio engineering design, integration, and delivery services for events of various natures and scales, demonstrating strong technical capabilities. By 2025, based on revenue, Xingming Asia is the second largest supplier of professional audio, lighting, and stage design engineering services for events and concerts in Hong Kong, accounting for approximately 22.8% of the market share.
