The company also saw a qualitative leap in profitability. In the first half of the year, the gross profit margin increased from 17.1% in the same period last year to 26.4%, with the adjusted net loss narrowing to 19.68 million yuan, an 82% reduction year-on-year, and the adjusted net margin improving significantly from -27.2% in the same period last year to -2.4%. By the first half of 2026, the cumulative shipment of CIDI's smart products has reached 23,000 units. Among them, the autonomous driving sector has delivered and is set to deliver over 3,400 vehicles, serving as the main growth engine; the operational Siasun Robot & Automation, smart hardware, and services sectors are also gaining momentum. The operational Siasun Robot & Automation business achieved a milestone breakthrough from zero to one, with segment revenue reaching 3.082 million yuan during the period. This includes the shipment of 34 units of mining Siasun Robot & Automation, with the surface mining blasting Siasun Robot & Automation offline, and the smelting bucket Siasun Robot & Automation already in use, while the underground mining excavation Siasun Robot & Automation completed design, research and development, and manufacturing.
