LUZHU BIOTECH-B (02480) announced that the results of the Phase III clinical trial for its core product LZ901 conducted in China were published in Nature Communications on August 7, 2026. The Phase III clinical trial for LZ901 in China was a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study aimed at evaluating the protective efficacy and safety of LZ901 in preventing herpes zoster in adults aged 40 and older. A total of 26,039 participants were enrolled in the study, with 25,577 participants receiving two doses of LZ901 or placebo, administered 30 days apart.
