Tian An Zhu Jian (00383) announced that it expects the group to record a profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 30 million to HKD 60 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to approximately HKD 12 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025. This is mainly due to (i) an increase in operating revenue from the medical segment; (ii) a decrease in non-cash fair value losses on investment properties; (iii) an increase in fair value gains on investments held for trading; partially offset by (iv) a decrease in net exchange gains in the first half of 2025.
