Kojin Pharmaceutical-B (02171) announced that CT1190B, a universal CAR-T cell product targeting CD19/CD20, has obtained IND approval from the National Medical Products Administration for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL) who have failed at least second-line standard treatment. The IIT study results of CT1190B were presented in a poster session at the 2026 European Hematology Association Annual Meeting.

CT1190B is a universal CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD19/CD20, developed based on the THANK-u Plus platform by Kehua Pharmaceutical, and is currently undergoing IIT for the treatment of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
