World Chinese Media (00685) announced that on March 27, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Ming Pao Holdings (Canada) Limited, as the seller, entered into a sales agreement with the buyer Cyclone Range Hoods Inc. According to the agreement, the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase the property for a purchase price of CAD 9.9 million. The property, which includes land located at 1355 Huntingwood Drive, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (M1S3J1) and a single-story industrial building constructed on it, is the subject matter of the sales agreement.
