AOM INT'L (00381) announced that since the company and Yalu Cloud have failed to reach further consensus on important terms regarding their cooperation, both parties have decided to mutually terminate the strategic cooperation agreement (termination) on August 5, 2026 (after the trading period).
Due to the termination, the parties to the strategic cooperation agreement have ceased negotiations, and there is no binding formal agreement established among the parties. The board believes that the termination of the strategic cooperation agreement will not have a significant adverse impact on the current operations and financial condition of the Group.
