Sungrow Power Supply (300274.SZ) announced that the company intends to use its own or self-raised funds to repurchase a portion of its shares through centralized bidding, for the purpose of implementing an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan for some core and key employees at a suitable time in the future. The total amount for the repurchase will be no less than 500 million yuan (inclusive) and no more than 1 billion yuan (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding 188 yuan per share (inclusive).
