PRINX CHENGSHAN (01809) has entered into a financing agreement for 1.36 billion yuan and 15 million US dollars.

Pullin Chengshan (01809) announced that on August 3, 2026, with confirmation from all parties, Prinx Malaysia, as the borrower, and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited as the coordinator, along with Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, Bank of China (Malaysia) Limited, Bank of China Shandong Branch, China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Limited, China Construction Bank Shandong Branch, and HSBC Bank (Malaysia) Limited acting as the lead arrangers (lenders), entered into a financing agreement concerning RMB 1.36 billion and USD 15 million (the agreement), with a term of five years from the date of the agreement.
