GAC Group (601238.SH) announced that in order to further broaden its financing channels, optimize its debt structure, effectively reduce financing costs, and meet the funding needs for the company's production and operations, it intends to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for a unified registration to issue debt financing instruments (PDFI) with a total principal amount not exceeding 15 billion yuan (inclusive of 15 billion yuan). This includes super short-term financing bonds, short-term financing bonds, medium-term notes, and perpetual notes. The funds raised, after deducting issuance expenses, are intended to be used for repaying interest-bearing liabilities, replenishing working capital, equity investments, etc.

After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds are intended to be used for repaying interest-bearing debts, replenishing working capital, and equity investments, among other purposes.
