DEFENG SOLIFE (08403) announced that on August 1, 2026, its indirect subsidiary Liuan DEFENG SOLIFE Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Defeng Digital) entered into a cooperation agreement (the Cooperation Agreement) with Beijing Yangyang Haowu E-commerce Co., Ltd. (Account Owner). Defeng Digital will act as a service provider, operating a live commerce account temporarily named "Yangyang Haowu Natural Flavor" on the WeChat Video Account (the Account), which will be effective for a period of one year starting from the date of the Cooperation Agreement (the Term). This Account will mainly focus on the promotion and distribution of Shenzhen Agricultural Power Group and organic products. The Group's e-commerce platform has recently been officially put into operation. Specifically, the Group has launched a new proprietary brand "Defeng Zhenyou," creating a dedicated procurement platform for Shenzhen Agricultural Power Group with a strategic focus on organic food. The Board believes that the operation of the Account is expected to create synergies with the Group's existing e-commerce platform business, as the Account will serve as an additional traffic entry point, assisting vendors from Shenzhen Agricultural Power Group on the Group's e-commerce platform to promote their products, thereby facilitating resource integration and traffic sharing. Additionally, the Board believes that entering into the Cooperation Agreement is a strategic move for the Group's diversified development in its advertising and promotion services as well as e-commerce, which will significantly enhance the Group's market position and influence in the agricultural food product marketing and e-commerce industry.
