This product will bring a fully integrated AI intelligent solution to a tangible physical terminal, allowing consumers to apply for car finance services through self-service guided by the intelligent DIGIHUMAN. The usual processing time of over 90 minutes has been drastically reduced to 15-20 minutes, providing a more efficient, secure, and compliant service experience. By the end of May 2026, Yixin AI platform has been accessed over 125 million times. Currently, the proportion of self-delivered services by the intelligent unit is 65%, with a conversion rate increase of over 20% and an overall operational efficiency increase of over 100%. At present, the Yixin car finance AI intelligent terminal has been put into operation in some domestic new energy vehicle stores, with significant results. Preliminary operational data as of June 30 showed that after the device was put into use, the overall processing time for business transactions exceeded industry standards by more than 50%, with a self-service completion rate of over 95%, and service efficiency and user experience have been simultaneously improved.
