Ms. Deng Meishan has been appointed as the new joint company secretary, effective from the date of appointment (the date of this announcement). Mr. Wen Minggang will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary of the company.

Ms. Deng Meishan has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, effective from July 17, 2026. Mr. Wen Minggang will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary of the company after Ms. Deng Meishan's appointment.
