Yingfeite (300582.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest 30 million yuan with the related party Hangzhou Senhu Holdings Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture company. The company intends to contribute 15.3 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 51% of the registered capital of the joint venture company. The joint venture company will focus on the development of new productive forces in line with the national advanced manufacturing development strategy and actively deploy power solutions for data center applications. The company plans to leverage its own power electronics technology and global advantages, integrate the operational experience and resource advantages of the transaction partners, and actively seek new business opportunities with industrial synergies with the company's core business.
