Wenye Group (01802) announced that Mr. Luo Wenxi has resigned due to work arrangements as: (i) authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; (ii) the company's company secretary; and (iii) authorized representative as stipulated in the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), with all resignations effective from July 13, 2026. The Board also gladly announces that Mr. Huang Zhijiang has been appointed as: (i) authorized representative; (ii) the company's company secretary; and (iii) authorized representative as stipulated in the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), with effect from July 13, 2026.
