GREENTECH INTL (00195) announced that it intends to revise a portion of the acquisition offer to Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology, Inc. (Hong Kong) Limited, increasing the offer price per share from 0.25 Hong Kong dollars to 0.45 Hong Kong dollars (revised offer price). The maximum number of shares offered under the revised partial acquisition offer remains unchanged (i.e. 220 million shares). Based on the revised offer price of 0.45 Hong Kong dollars per share and assuming that eligible shareholders accept the revised partial acquisition offer for all 220 million shares, the total cash consideration that the acquirer would pay to purchase the 220 million shares would be 99 million Hong Kong dollars.
