CITIC Securities (06099) announced that based on the rules of the company's Board of Directors' Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee, Audit Committee, Compensation and Evaluation Committee, and Nomination Committee, Mr. Tao Wu was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee and Compensation and Evaluation Committee, Mr. Gao Hong was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors' Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee and Nomination Committee, and Mr. Ye Yingzhi was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee.
