INSILICO (03696) announces that the Group has reached a new strategic cooperation in the field of central nervous system with CMS Holdings Limited (CMS, stock code: 00867). According to the terms of the agreement, both parties will combine INSILICO's proven AI platform and AI-enabled innovative drug development capabilities with CMS's experienced research and development team and deep understanding of the disease field to jointly promote the development of innovative drugs. Under this cooperation, INSILICO expects to receive milestone payments of up to approximately RMB 1.2 billion, as well as net sales royalties.
