Sinocore Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Sinocore) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on January 9, 2026, which expired after 6 months on July 9, 2026. GF SEC and CITIC SEC are its joint sponsors. The prospectus shows that Sinocore focuses on the research, development, design, and sale of code-type flash memory chips. Code-type flash memory chips are mainly designed for storing code during the startup and operation of storage systems, requiring high stability and reliability. Sinocore provides customers with code-type flash memory chips ranging from 1Mbit to 8Gbit in capacity under the Fabless model. In order to enhance its product portfolio, Sinocore also offers analog chips and MCUs. According to information from Zhoushi Consulting, Sinocore is one of the few domestic manufacturers with the most comprehensive coverage of code-type flash memory chip products in the industry, and one of the few manufacturers in China that can meet customers' demands for both NOR Flash and SLC NAND Flash products. Sinocore's products are widely used in various fields, including network communication, AI communication, consumer electronics, smart home devices, IoT, industrial medical applications, automotive electronic products, as well as computers and peripherals.
